Swimming carnival
The Gold Coast Performance Centre boasts one of only a small number of heated 50m outdoor swimming pools on the Gold Coast available to host your school swimming carnival.

"Thank you to the staff at GC Performance Centre for the hospitality and use of their facilities for the 2 days required to run the Broadwater School Sport Track & Field Carnival held 1st & 2nd August.
The venue was very well facilitated, equipped with the required gear for the 2 days. The equipment and facilities are well maintained and modernised with the qualified standard requirements for all events. Access to the canteen, bathrooms, parking were very accessible with no parking fees, bus parking was so easy giving the students and teachers ample space to ensure students are on and off the bus in a safe and orderly environment, wheel chair access was also accessible for our Students with Disabilities. The arena also has ample space for supporters and parents with the choice to sit in the stadium or across from the stadium where more undercover area is supplied, yet still giving enough space to add your own marquees if required on the grass areas.
The photo finish staff were very knowledgeable and made our job much easier with access to updated technology logistics. The office in the booth is spacious giving enough room for staff with a great view over the stadium with open windows to enhance the running of the carnival. The staff were very helpful and assisted with everything required on the day, facilities were clean and well maintained throughout the day.
As Broadwater Administrator I highly recommend the GC Performance Centre for the price, it is well worth it, I give it 5 STARS!"
