- In addition to your training routine, you will have group training sessions

Daily habits you'll track
- 1 workout a day: build strength, fitness, consistency
- 3 stretches a day (your choice): improve mobility, reduce stiffness/injury risk
- 2L of water: support energy, recovery and performance
- 5,000+ steps: boost daily burn, heart health, active recovery
- 1 personal habit: e.g., no alcohol, no sugary snacks, 10‑minute meditation, read 10 pages, no phone after 8 pm

Do I need to be a current member?
GCPC55 is designed for members; speak to our team about joining before you register.
What if I can't attend every session?
No problem, your plan includes alternatives and you'll still access seminars, weekly challenges and the Facebook community.
How are winners decided?
A blend of scan results, habit tracking, weekly challenge outcomes, seminar attendance, Facebook engagement, players' player & staff voting.
What should I bring to sessions?
Water bottle, towel, appropriate footwear. For scans, follow our prep guide (sent after registration).
Is the challenge safe for beginners?
Yes, our accredited coaches tailor progressions, with an emphasis on technique and gradual overload.
